Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cravvelo. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Your Account

• •You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• •You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.

Acceptable Use

• •Do not misuse the service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
• •Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
• •Do not use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• •Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the service.

Subscriptions & Payments

• •Cravvelo offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
• •Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your chosen plan.
• •You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
• •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

Intellectual Property

The Cravvelo service, brand, logo, and all related assets are owned by Cravvelo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any content you create and upload to the platform, subject to any licenses you grant through your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cravvelo disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cravvelo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
